problem(s) they are facing?
Shekhar Sharma is the Decision maker in the case .Shekhar Sharma is a project manager in The Genesis Digitization
Project and he had experience in information technology. The immediate problem they are facing to publish paper
within four months and need to minimal the errors in technology.

What is the purpose of the project?
The purpose of the project to create a digital archive of 150 years of the newspaper, The Genesis Time for its client,
Dogma International. With teams from two different countries paired to work on this significant venture. Sharma is
working simultaneously in Indian team and Filipino team to develop the technology.

What is your recommendation for the decision-maker? Why?
Sharma want to find the processing plan to both team and work properly with technology and resolve the issues. The
employees should have knowledge sharing sessions to build the awareness of new services. Then,
 Technology should be user-friendly
 Deliver high-quality images to the client as per their requirement.
 Clear the rework of the process
 Technology made by Indian team should be modified
  Improve employee training (both from a standpoint of cultural awareness and with respect to the use of new
technology)
 Improve project management
 The COO must quickly develop an action plan to address these issues and ensure the success of the project
 Deliver the project on time
 All important missing links should be corrected in the new segment
 Replace the scanners with high resolution scanners
 Employee schedule should be developed
