1. Price of Mozambique Aeronautical Information Publication

With effect from 15th December 2003 the price of Mozambique AIS Publications will
be as follows, for subscribers in:

2. Purchase and Initial Subscription

Request for purchase and first subscription to the Integrated Aeronautical

Information Package should be made to:

3. Subscription Renewals

The renewal of the Integrated Aeronautical Information Package should be made through the
attached form to the address mentioned on paragraph 2 until February. Subscription
confirmations have to be made until March.

4. Payment

Payment shall be made by cheque or money order to Instituto da Aviação Civil de Moçambique
(IACM) or through bank order to Millennium BIM (Banco Internacional de Moçambique):
