Dear Colleagues,

This serves to inform you that following the compilation of the 2021 CO2 emissions submitted by States through the
CCR, the Secretariat prepared the first edition of the following two ICAO CORSIA documents:
• Part III of the ICAO document “CORSIA Central Registry (CCR): Information and Data for Transparency”
containing, for year 2021: total annual CO2 emissions aggregated for all aeroplane operators on each State pair
(with identification of State pairs subject to offsetting requirements); and, for each aeroplane operator: total
annual CO2 emissions; annual CO2 emissions subject to offsetting requirements; and annual CO2 emissions not
subject to offsetting requirements; and
• ICAO document “CORSIA Annual Sector’s Growth Factor (SGF)”, containing the SGF value for year 2021.

In addition, in line with the recent A41 decisions on the CORSIA baseline and for the use of 2019 data for the
determination of new entrants, the Secretariat also prepared the second edition of the following two ICAO CORSIA
documents, while also taking into account data submitted by States following the publication of the first edition:
• ICAO document “CORSIA 2020 Emissions” containing the 2019 data to be used by States to determine the
applicability of the Standards of Annex 16, Volume IV to new entrants; and
• Part II of the ICAO document “CORSIA Central Registry (CCR): Information and Data for Transparency”,
containing total CO2 emissions for 2019, and 85% of total CO2 emissions for 2019, aggregated for all aeroplane
operators on each State pair.

The above four documents were approved by the ICAO Council and are available on the ICAO website.

La présente a pour but de vous informer qu'à la suite de la compilation des émissions de CO2 pour 2021 soumises par
les États par l'intermédiaire du RCC, le Secrétariat a préparé la première édition des deux documents CORSIA suivants
de l'OACI :
 La partie III du document de l'OACI "CORSIA Central Registry (CCR) : Information and Data for Transparency"
contenant, pour l'année 2021 : les émissions annuelles totales de CO2 agrégées pour tous les exploitants
d'avions sur chaque paire d'États (avec identification des paires d'États soumises à des exigences de
compensation) ; et, pour chaque exploitant d'aérien : les émissions annuelles totales de CO2 ; les émissions
annuelles de CO2 soumises à des exigences de compensation ; et les émissions annuelles de CO2 non soumises
à des exigences de compensation ; et
 le document de l'OACI "CORSIA Annual Sector's Growth Factor (SGF)", contenant la valeur du SGF pour l'année
2021.

En outre, conformément aux récentes décisions de l'A41 concernant la base de référence CORSIA et l'utilisation des
données de 2019 pour la détermination des nouveaux entrants, le Secrétariat a également préparé la deuxième édition
des deux documents CORSIA de l'OACI suivants, tout en tenant compte des données soumises par les États après la
publication de la première édition :
 le document de l'OACI "CORSIA 2020 Emissions" contenant les données de 2019 à utiliser par les États pour
déterminer l'applicabilité des normes de l'Annexe 16, Volume IV, aux nouveaux entrants ; et.

  la partie II du document de l'OACI "CORSIA Central Registry (CCR) : Information and Data for Transparency",
contenant les émissions totales de CO2 pour 2019, et 85% des émissions totales de CO2 pour 2019, agrégées
pour tous les exploitants d'aéronefs sur chaque paire d'États.

Les quatre documents susmentionnés ont été approuvés par le Conseil de l'OACI et sont disponibles sur le site web de
l'OACI.
