Contracts:
Junior officers 6+/-1
Senior officers + ETO Bulk 5+/-1
Senior officers MPP 4+/-1
ETO MPP 5+/-1

Conditions:
Full engine crew including 4E, ETO and cadets
Free internet onboard
Good food and Supply of Machinery
Good vessel conditions
150 USD Medical benefits bonus once per year
1000 USD renewing license bonus for top 4 once per 5 years.
Company holds a 20% salary each month and returns same with final allotment

Promotion:
For senior officers – 2 contracts in CNCO, after 2 promo
For Junior officers – 12 months in CNCO, after 2 promo

Employment process:
- Interview with Alpha Navigation Superintendent
- Reference checking with previous Employer / crewing
- Passing CES test (min 60%)
- Passing SRA test (Internal logic and personality test)
- Completing CNCO CV
- 1st part of interview with Company technician (Singapore)
- Briefing with Safety and training dpt (Singapore)
- COVID VACCINATION IS MANDATORY
After confirmation:
- Preparation of MCV
- Learning company SMS test online

- Pass RT-Flex or WIN GD dual fuel training
- Cyber security training (online)
- Pass MC-Gregor courses for CE, 2E and ETO
- CE ONLY - REAP (Recruitment, evaluation and assessment program) course after SAC 1 Day

For Deck crew:

- Colreg training (online)
- Cyber security training (online)
- Navigation Safety training (Online)
- ECDIS SPECIFIC
- LOG Lashing (for specific bulk vessels)

Medical:
-National blank + Drug alco test
-American P&I Club blank,
-Stress test
-Singapore flag
Approved Clinics – Academmarine, medmarine, Viva vita (Odessa); Ushakova-Vodnikov (Kherson)
-for MPP fleet - MMR (Корь краснуха свинка) and Polio vaccination (if there are no records in your
vaccination book.
