Can Playing Video Games Be Your Full-time Job?

Many of us are playing video games while there are also who makes money by
doing it and makes playing games their career. These so called Gamers participate to
eSport also known as electronic sport which is a competition using video games and the
winner gets a money prize. Gamers can do livestreams where their viewers watch them
and give money for the entertainment. Companies give sponsor to these livestream and
game developers can let these people play their game and give opinions about it. These
Gamers enjoy what they’re doing and it’s their passion. But people criticize them too,
saying that gamers are violent because of how they act when playing games also
people say that being a Gamer or Streamer is not a decent job.

According to earnest 2018, most of the 18 years old and above have gaming
expenses which means that teens and adults are gamers. These teens and adults is
capable of separating fiction and reality, they control their feelings and they know what
is right and wrong. If a gamers is being criticized about his or her actions they will know
it and apologize about their mistakes then reflect about it.

Ray Narvaez, a gamer and streamer who quit his production job to become a full-
time streamer. For him, the lure of being able to interact directly with the viewer drew
him to video streaming and eventually to Twitch a video live streaming service. "I liked it
way more than putting up a video (on YouTube) and having to talk to viewers in the
comments section” said Ray Narvaez in one of his livestreams. Twitch streamers earn
money by donations from their viewers and fans or from sponsors. These streamers are
not doing illegal things, they just entertain viewers and do what they love to do. It’s a
decent job if you think about it. Imagine doing your job because you like doing it.

If your passion is something that people are against at, ignore them and do what
you love to do. If you love your job, you’ll be motivated doing it everyday and do effort
for yourself.
