Answers:
1. Words are fundamental to everyday conversation because we used words to communicate
other people, to pose questions, to provide direction, to express emotions and to engage
work.
2. Business English means useful in business transactions, to improve their chances of finding a
job, career prospects and to be able to work in English speaking countries. In business
English it improves your English vocabulary and knowledge that will help you work
effectively and open up new career opportunities.
3. There is no difference between business and literary English but there are distinction
between them it is there CONTENT, Purpose or aim, Style.
4. By simply identifying of what article you are reading, if it is all about business transactions so
then we called it business English. If it is all about life itself it is a literary English.
5. There are three source of words of business English:
 Commercial or mercantile
 Scientific and technical
 Literary or common
6. In business the constitute absolute majority of the words of business English is when comes
to business transactions.
7. The student should make an earnest and honest effort to increase his command of literary
or common words.
8. Choice and arrangement of words can make the letter good or bad.
