ANALYSIS OF THE SURVEY

The study of customer needs is one of the most interesting topics in the world of marketing, as it is a
fundamental matter to be able to effectively implement marketing actions by Éxito companies and
achieve boosting their sales.
Evaluating the perception of consumers in this case of the products of the Éxito Store gives us the
possibility of observing which attributes are evaluated by the clients through studies carried out,
where the results show a significant reception of these products according to the quality offered to a
lower price than products offered by industrial brands.
