1. Which type of cards are accepted by the ATM and what is supposed to happen if it is
used a wrong card or another bank card?
2. What happens if the Swedish language is not supported although the ATM is destined
for Sweden too?
3. What needs to happen if the ATM has some defects or don't have money?
4. What is the max and min amount of money that can withdrawal per one session?
5. Can the user make payments from the accounts linked to the card? If so, can you provide
the requirements for such a payment?
6. What needs to happen if the user enters the PIN incorrectly within three attempts or if the
user can’t remember your PIN?
7. How the card can be recovered after it is confiscated?
8. How many transactions can do an authenticated user per session and how does the user
switch from one transaction to another? For example, switch from checking the account
balance to withdrawing cash or depositing cash?
9. What are the conditions under which the bank charges the additional fee and how the fee
is computed?
10. Which are the conditions that cause a timeout and who can shut down and restart the
ATM?
11. What happens if the cash withdrawal/waiting isn’t done under 5 seconds?
12. What are the options, included in the predefined set of possible amounts of a withdrawal
transaction?
13. How exactly look the messages alerts and what information should appear?
14. What are the available bills? What happens if the user wants to withdrawal 220 RON?
