AUTHORIZATION

This is to authorize my son ERIC C. CAMHIT to utilize as garage for his 1

(one) unit PUJ not less than 20 square meters portion of the parcel of land
registered under my name covered by TCT no. 016-20100000976.

The authority to use the said portion of land shall be valid for a period of not
less than 10 (ten) years from the date of this authorization.
