MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

COMES NOW the applicant, through the undersigned counsel and


unto this Honorable Board, most respectfully state that:

1. Before the Certificate of Public Convenience expired, applicant


herein seasonably filed an application for extension of its validity
and the same was duly heard before the Board;

2. Due to inadvertence and health reasons, applicant failed to submit


certain documents required by the Board for it to grant the
application and the same was dismissed;

3. Applicant received the Order, dated February 18, 2020, on


February 27, 2020, hence, this motion for reconsideration was
promptly filed;

4. With all due respect, applicant humbly prays unto the Honorable
Board for reconsideration of its order of dismissal considering that
the applicant is willing to comply by submitting the required
documents.
WHEREFORE, applicant respectfully prays for the reconsideration
of the order of dismissal and thereafter, to grant the application for extension
of validity of the Certificate of Public Convenience upon submission of the
required documents.

Applicant further prays for other reliefs which may be just and
equitable under the premises.
