I am applying for the position of Contact Tracer for our local government as advertised by Mayor JJS
Santiago's Facebook page. I have a Bachelor's Degree in History at the Polytechnic University of the
Philippines and have taken and passed Housekeeping Services at Magsaysay Center for Hospitality and
Culinary Arts. I had taught for one year in Senior High School students--specifically the Humanities and
Social Sciences and Accountancy and Business Management strand. Also, I was a working student as
Service Crew in McDonald's and freelance tutor in Quezon City and Manila. Lastly, I worked as youth
volunteer/community organizer in various organization like local church-based and school-based. I have
library and archival research skills, documentation and computer literate and a fast learner.

I underwent Hospitality culture and Sanitation lectures and practicals while taking Housekeeping
Services. I taught and wrote a module on Community Engagement, Solidarity and Citizenship where
METHODOLOGIES AND APPROACHES OF COMMUNITY ACTIONS AND INVOLVEMENTS

ACROSS DISCIPLINES is being discussed. It includes partnership building with local groups, community
profiling, needs assessment, working with a core group of leaders/leadership development,
participatory action planning, resource mobilization, social action and evaluation. I was a resource
speaker on the 3rd Annual National Conference on Local and Oral History in PUP Manila last April 4-6,
2017

Also, I attended Basic Training on Magsaysay Training Center last February 2020 that includes Personal
Survival Technique, Fire Prevention and Firefighting

Elementary First Aid Personal Safety and Social Responsibility and Crowd Management.

With my trainings and experiences, I can assure you that I can be an effective employee that you are
looking for. Moreover, I believe that my skills, abilities combined with my work ethics and my dedication
in pursuing social science and hospitality career would greatly benefit the working community, and at
