 12-m gauging and transfer tracks consisting of motorized and rubber-coated rollers
 Pneumatically operated stop plates (for length measuring) every 500mm on the track.
 Pneumatically operated lift arms to discharge (tilt) cut bars to both sides.
 The whole rack can move forward and backward driven by servomotor for length
adjustment (less than 500mm).

Price:

Payment
30% of total amount as down payment will be paid by T/T after signing the contract;
70% of total amount will be paid by T/T against copy of BL or by irrevocable L/C payable at sight on
presentation of shipping documents.

Delivery
To be agreed.

Installation and commissioning


1) TJK shall provide the technician(s) within two weeks upon receipt of client's written request after
arrival of the machine in client’s premises to install the machine in client's premises and make
necessary tests for production and instruction and training of the client's operating and
maintenance personnel.
2) Round-trip airline tickets, local travel expenses in client’s country, accommodation and meal
expenses of the technician(s) are on client's account.

The client has to take care to:


1) Prepare the appointed area for installation and service as per TJK specifications;
2) Provide the electrical power supply as per TJK specifications;
3) Provide all electrical cables from the main electrical cubicle to the power supply as per TJK
specifications.
4) Make available any necessary lifting and moving equipment;
5) Provide personnel for assisting TJK technician/s during the installation.

TJK technicians are not authorized to use client's lifting equipment. On request of the client, TJK will
supply all the necessary information to effect the appropriate fixing of the machines, in the points
designated by the supplier, to the lifting system. TJK will be not responsible or liable to damages
caused by cranes or lifting equipment used by client’s operators.

Exclusions
Unless otherwise specified in the offer, excluded are:
1) All the civil works, buildings and constructions;
2) All the lifting and handling devices, cranes, forklifts etc.;
3) The main transformer, low tension distribution, compressors, cooling units, maintenance workshop
and all office/maintenance tools/equipment;
4) All the lighting, heating and ventilation systems;
5) The manufacture and installation of the equipment foundations and relative steel structures,
anchorage plates, foundation materials etc.;
6) The equipment mounting, assembling, positioning and alignment on the foundations;
7) All equipment commissioning, start-up, training, testing and engineering services;
8) The supply and installation of all electrical cables from the main electrical cubicle to the power
supply;
9) The supply and installation of all air, water, electrical conduits from their respective source to the
main connecting points on the machine components;
10) All other equipment, documents, designs, tools, accessories, safety guards, goods and services
which are not explicitly mentioned in this offer.

Warranty
1) Within the limits of what hereinafter set forth, TJK undertakes to remedy all defects of the
equipment attributable to its engineering, material and workmanship. Such obligation of TJK is limited
to defects that show within 12 months from the date of Bill of Lading.
2) The guarantee will be suspended in case of incorrect use of the equipment, tampering or missed
payment. Any repair or replacement arising from normal wear and tear, any damage due to the
inexperience or negligence of the client and to accidental cases or force majeure are excluded from
the guarantee.
3) To benefit from these rights, the client shall notify within 7 days of its discovery to TJK, in writing,
analytically and precisely, all shown defects.
4) All the transport and other expenses generated by the replacing or repairing of the non-
corresponding or malfunctioning parts during the warranty period will be on the account of TJK.
5) TJK will provide assistant service for the machine within warranty period. Round-trip airline tickets,
local travel expenses, accommodation and meal expenses of the technician(s) are on client's account.

Validity of quotation
30 days from the date of the present quotation.
