Business Process Framework (eTOM) Fundamentals

Course Objectives:
• You will find out about the importance of business process
transformation.
• You will deeply understand the structure of eTOM.
• You will understand the eTOM terminology and definitions.
• You will know how to design and measure your end to end
process flows based on eTOM.
• You will know the principles of High Level Design (HLD)
and Low Level Design (LLD) of processes.
• You will be able to link the processes with your existing
organizational structure.
• You will find out the various eTOM application in your scope
of work and in your business.

Prerequisites:
There are no mandatory prerequisites for this training although
experience in IT or related fields is beneficial.
