    1. Uninstall previous versions of iBwave Viewer & Design.

    2. Uninstall all Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributables (x64), just in case.
    3. Restart your computer.
    4. IMPORTANT: Delete manually all remaining iBwave folders (hidden iBwave folders
    too). First of all, delete C:\ProgramData\{...} folders created during your failed
    installations.
    5. IMPORTANT: Clean the Windows registry.
    6. Restart your computer again.
    7. Install iBwave Viewer & Design 7.1.6.
