Social Studies
Complete Unit 1, All About Me. We are
learning about families and what makes up a
family. Learning about ways to record histo-
ry with artifacts, timelines, pictures. We
will also begin Habit 1 “Be Proactive”. This
means that you are in charge of yourself.
Only you can choose to make good choices or
have control of your feelings and emotions.

Writing
Important Dates Begin to practice “kindergarten” writing.
This involves the very beginning stages of
Halloween celebration 10/30 writing, starting with writing random letters
and adding an illustration. We continue to
use Story Champs to become a verbal story
teller before moving onto writing our stories.
