In this test report are shown the pictures of the steps taken following the HVTS-L stepper motor
diagnostic instructions given by KEPHV with the exception of the ones where an oscilloscope
was required that were not carried out.
Observation: It can be seen that the plate was not in contact with the limit switch.
Observation: At the moment the device was turned on, the start button was flashing.
5. Check the voltage with a multimeter in DC mode on the 16th leg of the DA 17 chip
relative to the common output (ground). The board is in varnish so it will take a little
effort to push the varnish.
6. The voltage should be + 5 V DC.
7. Check the voltage with a multimeter in DC mode at the XP14 connector relative to the
common output (ground). The voltage should be + 24 V DC.
8. An oscilloscope is required for the next step. You need to solder a small wire or any
conductor so that you can connect the common terminal (ground) to the oscilloscope.
Observation: The following steps with the oscilloscope were not carried out.
