    WHAT DOES A CULTURAL AMBASSADOR DO?

    “A culture ambassador is a benchmark of culture, he is a person of integrity in everything he does,

    with an attitude of service, and most importantly, he reflects the experience of the values / pillars

    of culture on a daily basis. He cares about the well-being of himself, his team, the company and

    clients. He is a person who works to be better every day, he has the best attitude to face

    challenges. He is an innate leader. He is a person who simply has his shirt on, behaves as the

    owner of the company, and with his behavior infects others to be better people every day ”.

    WHAT PERSONALITY TRAITS SHOULD A GOOD CULTURAL AMBASSADOR HAVE?

    It must be a collaborator recognized for its excellent service attitude, living in love with your job

    and Amtelco, being an exemplary leader and close, have a passion for teaching, and spread joy

    and an attitude of service to their colleagues.
