I am hereby writing to bring to the attention of your good office that a new policy, the
NO-LOA-NO-CHECK-IN Policy, shall take effect on January 20, 2020.

In line with this, I would also like to inform you that at any instance of error or
discrepancy on any stipulation contained therein, the entire LOA shall be construed to
have lost its effect, however, the remedy of revision or correction shall be immediately
available.

At any moment where the person who is about to check-in failed to bring the LOA, such
shall be subject to approval by the LCPH General Manager. In case the General
Manager is not available, a deposit of the full amount in cash shall be handed upon
check-in, and the same shall be reimbursed from the hotel front desk once the LOA is
perfected.
