In today era, people of different ages of group from various aspects of the world
tend more likely to stay at their residences instead of going outside. This essay
will discuss why this issue is happening and state that this is indeed an affirmative
evolution of humans.
Firstly, one of the causes of this particular case is that electronic devices are
increasingly popular among individuals compared with the recent decades and as
a result, people are occupied with their own personal devices for most of the time
at their homes and therefore, their tendency to go outside seems to be a lot
weaker during these days. In fact, this is a positive trend due to the fact that they
can avoid doing unnecessarily time- consuming things. For instance, people can
watch movies via their smart TVs and phones without even moving a step from
their residences to the movie theatres. Furthermore, they still have the full
opportunity to meet with their friends and colleagues on social media platforms
such as messenger and skype at the same time when they have other important
jobs to do.
Secondly, another reason for this issue is that the growing number of people are
becoming more likely to work from their homes instead of normally going to their
regular workplaces at the moment. In other words, people’s workplaces tend to
be possibly the only places that they spend most of the hours of a day in the past
and as a result, they become not accustomed to going outside for other
circumstances. This is indeed more of a positive development than a negative
one. As we clearly can see, working from home and avoiding going outside can
save our budgets in the way that it can possibly restrain the amount of money
they had to spend on transportation. Moreover, by fully occupying themselves in
their homes, people are likely to work a lot more than their normal pace since
they can be more dedicated and devoted to their jobs without having to be apart
from their beloved family.
In conclusion, people choosing staying at home over going outdoors is, in fact, a
positive trend in that they are in their best situation to avoid doing time-
consuming jobs, limit their expenses and boost their work capability.
