“Take every challenge as a blessing.

God has a unique purpose in our lives that’s why He

put us in this profession. Be courageous and be inspired every day. Congratulations that
you are a teacher!” teacher Lanie gave these words of encouragement for her fellow
and also for the future educators.

Teachers play an important role in our life to become successful in career and business.
A good teacher helps us to become a good human being in society and a good citizen
of the country. Teachers know that students are the future of any nation.

So the future development of any nation is in the hands of teachers. What we become
in life is depends on teachers.

Teacher Lanie Masongsong is the best example of a good teacher who plays many role
in the community. Teacher Annie was recognized for her performance of exemplary
public service and consistent demonstration of exemplary ethical behavior based on the
eight norms of conduct provided under Republic Act 6713, or the Code of Conduct and
Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees. Her commitment for the Mangyan
community in the remote Sitio Labu in Bansud, Mindoro Oriental led her to receive the
Dangal ng Bayan Award in the 2018 Outstanding Government Workers Awards of the
Civil Service Commission (CSC).

The community has no source of potable water so Teacher Annie helped solicit water
tanks, pipes, and solar water filter for the Mangyans. She also paved the way for the
community to have additional source of living by soliciting carpentry tools which the
Mangyans would use and helped establish the Baboy para sa Pamilya Project. Teacher
Annie sought doctors and nurses to conduct outreach programs in the school at least
twice a year, and solicited shirts, school supplies, medicine, vitamins, and hygiene
supplies just so the Mangyans would not have to beg for alms in town.

She also solicited help and food from family and friends to be able to provide
sustenance for all her students. She save part of her salary for them. n the face of the
many challenges, Teacher Annie knows there is nothing that will make her change or
regret her decision. Serving the Mangyans enabled her to grow as an individual grateful
of their company and of the many lessons she continuously learns about life:

For me, teachers are the real VIP’s not politicians. We need teachers in every step of life
and career. Teachers are not only human being but nature, plants, table, pen, the
internet, society all are teachers if we see these things from the eyes of lerner.

I believe that “ there is no progress in life without a teacher !” Today , We need to

respect teachers and need to appreciate their good efforts for everyone.
What makes a great school? High educational standards and strong test
scores might be common responses to that question, but these elements alone are not
the overall arbiters of achievement. More often than not, school culture plays an
overwhelming role.

School culture is the beliefs, perceptions, attitudes, and written and unwritten rules that
influence every aspect of a school. The importance of school culture goes deeper than
rules and attitudes, however, touching on aspects as varied as diversity, student
wellbeing, and even the order within classrooms and common areas.

Being such a far-reaching concept, it falls upon every member of a school’s staff to
help promote an enriching school culture.  When students know that teachers and staff
care, that they will celebrate their achievements, provide constructive criticism when
they fall short of a goal, and work tirelessly to promote the best interests of the student
population, students will have a desire to show up and do their best. Students in a
strong school culture understand that there is pressure to succeed, but
also acknowledge the pressure is positive and know that the school is there to support
them in rising to any academic challenge.

Having of positive school culture of Fernando Airbase Integrated National highschool

makes them popular and successful among other school in Lipa , Batangas.

*Fernando Air Base Integrated National High School (total of 80 Classrooms)

-4 units of 4 Storey-20 Classroom Buildings.

The following are the school culture:

*Strictly No Id ! No Entry ! Simple rules but if you can see all students are aware and
they do not forget to take their school id.

*It should be strictly complete uniform also.

*Every students strictly need to join and cooperate in the flag ceremony.

*Every students need to join in every program and contest that school have.

*There is a free medicine ,medical checkup during Brigada Eskwela.

At the same time there is a punishment, heavy regulation that can be away/expel for
those student who makes unwanted work.

I believe that school culture  is so important, especially to young,

impressionable. children, because it establishes behavior and also have positive
school cultures leads to high academic achievement f the learners.  In short, the
culture of a school can make or break a child’s educational experience. That’s  why.
So let’s make a good one- on purpose!
