1. Identify a successful school, Find out what are the contributions of that
school in the community.
I chose this school not because of the students' talent, but because of its
contribution to the entire Alabel community; it is one of the most well-known schools in
Alabel, Sarangani Province, and one of the most successful, in my opinion. Alabel
National Science High School, It aspires to be excellence in secondary scientific and
mathematics education, with the goal of developing future leaders in science and
related professions. Through relevant and globally competitive scientific and
mathematics education programs, it aims to educate responsible and ethically upright
science-oriented leaders. They made a significant contribution to Alabel, and I know this
because I personally witnessed and profited from their school activities. Back in high
school, few students were chosen from various schools to attend Alabel National
Science High School, and I was one of them. We actually attended as selected students
because one of our schools was the one to which the invitation was extended, and one
of the things we learned from their program was to propagate trees and plant
vegetables in the yard. These things can be said by others who are very basic, but the
people in the community are already overwhelming. We put what we had learnt into
practice. So we created a planting program with all the students in our school, and we
planted in three wards in our barangay, and each child planted vegetables in his yard
and brought us vegetables. This school is not well-known, but I believe it is successful
because many various parts of our community have profited from the program they run,
and as a result, they have information and skills that are applicable in our area.
Whatever the school has done for its community, no matter how small or insignificant, it
has had a significant impact on everyone. In my opinion, a school is successful if its
students receive information and discipline from their teachers at school and apply it to
their lives. If this is one of the successful schools, I can claim that the child will be
disciplined.

2. Identify the school traditions as well as culture in your school.

For the reason that the class is simply virtual and there is no need to go to school
because of the new normal, I can't define the tradition and culture of my current school.
So my most recent school, which I attended, could not be called a friendly school
because of so many bullying children. Other students are used to being afraid when

they meet Muslim students because others are very rude, As a result, some students
prefer to stay at home, take a cutting class, or simply skip school. Students are also in
the habit of greeting teachers and assisting them when they need help. Every morning
before the flag ceremony at our school, we clean the classroom, water the plants, and
weed the weeds. We had the habit of planting flowers in the flower box and vegetables in
her garden at the back of the school building before entering the classrooms since we
had to bring the waste we picked up from the school campos field. This school is not
only for children of one religion, but for all children of any color, race, creed, or belief
who want to learn. Every day, the youngsters learn at my recently attended school, and
I've realized that each kid speaks a different dialect, has various desires, and has varied
abilities, but everyone is united. Teachers at the school also have a positive relationship
with one another; they collaborate in teaching and disciplining pupils, and as a result,
they have a positive relationship with their students. The teacher had an idea on how to
handle reprimanded children who are prone to cutting class or absent, and especially to
bully students. Since then, whoever is caught bullying will be punished by the SSG and
will drop out of school. So there are numerous approaches to resolving the issue.

*Think of what administrators, teachers and students could do to build a

successful school.
As a future educator, I feel that administrators, instructors, and students all have various
perspectives on how to establish a successful school; they all play different roles that
have a varied impact on the school's performance. There are numerous ways to make
our school effective, all of which benefit the people who are a part of it. I can say that
each administrator, teacher, and student holds a different amount of assistance, dignity,
and reputation concerns that truly helps us and reallocate to obtain the beautiful part of
it to get on the deepest crucial part of success in every school. To begin, the
administrator may help construct a successful school by acting professionally on a daily
basis and engaging in regular self-reflection. They hold themselves and others
accountable for student learning and foster a safe and inviting environment in their
schools. That is what administrators' roles and obligations are in order to help the
school, as well as the students and teachers. It all makes sense when this successful
administrator does his or her job better by doing more of it. The second thing a teacher
can do to help construct a successful school is to believe in their students' abilities. The
success of a teacher begins with the achievement of their students. Teachers learn
everything there is to know about their field. When they are in front of their students,
they must be fun and energetic, and they must take risks. Teachers must be innovative
and think beyond the box in order to be effective. Maintain Consistency and
Decisiveness. Always keep up on the good work, and communicate effectively with
children, parents, and all school staff with whom they may come into contact. Instructors
are one of the most significant aspects of the school, and here is how teachers
contribute to the school's success. To help construct a successful school, students
should talk to adults about meaningfully involving young people in meetings, and they
may consider declining to attend meetings where only one highly involved student is
invited. I believed it was one of the ways to assist the school's success. To clarify, I
believe that all school personnel, particularly administrators, teachers, and students, are
the best tools for providing a quality education that truly benefits the future of all, and as
a future educator, I believe that I can help the school by performing my role admirably
because I believe that teaching is a noble profession.

1. How important are the basic education reforms in the department of

education?

The purpose of educational reforms, in my opinion, is to modify school structures and

discipline with the goal of enhancing the quality of education in a country; it also
provides an essence for those school staff. Educational innovations need a thorough
assessment of their motivations, intentions, application, and outcomes generated by
individuals working in the school systems or facilities where they are applied. To make
the school more productive so that students, instructors, administrators, principals, and
parents, among others, all benefit. Will benefit the most from the school structures that
education reforms want to create.

2. Are teachers leaders important? Why?why not?

Teachers are one of the most important parts of a school; they are the ones that
appreciate their pupils and the school; yet, as a teacher, you must accept responsibility
for how to overcome the changes that occur in those times; teachers must be leaders,
and it is critical to become leaders. The success of the teacher blinds them to the ideas
that would work for more and cherish. Teacher leadership is important because we are
the only ones who can improve education; we are the only ones who accept
responsibility as we go; and we are the only ones who can approach pedagogical
problems not through our own past experience, but through the eyes of the children we
serve every day.

3. As a figure teacher, how will you make yourself a leader in your own right ?

As a figure teacher, I imagined myself as a leader with responsibility. To become a

leader, teachers must have credibility through self-management. Teachers must
manage their emotions, but sometimes showing your emotions to others is beneficial
because it lets others know how you're feeling. Managing your time and your thoughts.
Also, when making better decisions that will help both students and you as a teacher,
consider the long term consequences of the decisions you must make. So there's one

method for me to become a great instructor who can demonstrate to many people,
especially students, that you can manage the situations and problems that you face by
working hard.

4. How do school leaders influence the members of an organization?

School leaders have a huge influence on the individuals in an organization's culture.

They create the agenda, prioritize work, manage, lead, and delegate, all of which inspire
people of an organization. Strong leaders instill in those they lead a feeling of vision,
purpose, mentorship, and inspiration. Today's diverse workforce is redefining what it
means to be successful both personally and professionally. To become a strong leader
at school, you must first accept the responsibility, dignity, and reputation that you must
apply in yourself. You must also make a difference in developing your own strategies as
a leader so that some of the members are not forced to work but rather inspired by the
personality you are expressing.
