Speed and transformation.


● Yoga is for transformation.
● As there is more entropy, there is more speed, less stability.
● High frequency has lower life span.
● Life has to be balanced, filled with harmony and slow.
● Fast cars and formulae car drivers have a bad heart.
● If there is a balance the mind is faster than super and quantum computers like Patanjali
because of Kaivalya / parabrahma.
● Yoga cannot be taught instantly.
● Buddha did not write books but as he taught and as Ananda had heard, we should be
hearing it today.
● Children learn from adults and if adults themselves are unstable then we can't expect the
children to be stable.
● The instant attitude changes the world functions.
● Any person who spreads negativity, nature does not encourage them.

The body's need of food.


● The fat cell's volume increases without a limit.
● Obesity and cancers are increase in cell volume and cell number.
● The body since ages has been running on a debit account.
● We feed it and it burns it.
● Ancestors had higher protein content and not fat.
● Our world is in war with taste and not hunger.
● Yoga was made to get over all these by making the body totally conservative.

Abhi ghaatho.
● Gaatha is the lightening bolt with the highest voltage lasting for microseconds.
● The ones who have written translations have not experienced hunger.
● They have not experienced the flat breath, heart and brain waves.
● The ones living in the Arctic, Antarctic, Tibet, etc., are yogis because they know how to
face their hardships.
● Patanjali says restrain from the sense doors.

The cell's diameter and volume.


● Muscle cell diameter has decreased and fat cell diameter has increased.
● To increase the muscle cell diameter people have started to go to the gym.
● We prefer to be wild animals rather than being humans.
● Inflammatory diseases, metabolic diseases and body aches are all because of the
muscle cell decrease.
● Bulk muscles have creatinine phosphate stored more in the muscle cell at the cost of
oxygen.
● These are concentric muscles which have lower glycogen.

Yoga.
● There are no hand stands in yoga and that is not the criteria at all.
● Sheershaasana is now not about balance but about strength.
● This also consumes oxygen because the cell uses glycogen.
● Sprinters need to have a high glycemic load nefore their race.
● Krishnamachaarya had shown sheershasana as per the basis of conservation of oxygen
/ praana.
● Concentric muscles get tired sooner and they need high amounts of food to sustain
energy.
● Yoga is to build the brain as a parallel processor.
● The muscle should not be built parallel.

Restoration.
● Patanjali restored the rhythm, Sanskrit and the sound of silence.
● He also taught that cleaning the cell will transform the gene expression and heal the
body.
● He was the masterchef of the body.
● All the yogi, muni and angels around him had become his family.

Treasure.
● In the world of entropy transformation is very fast.
● The treasure hunt has to be for the treasure of singularity like the Sherpa who guides us
through the trail to the guru.
● Silk route was used for trade once upon a time and many from europe had come in
search for this route amd gurus.
● Silkworms secrete serrapeptase or serratiopeptidase to break their cocoons.

information faster.
● A guru gives sound and removes brain chatter.
● Family, friends, colleagues and nature should certify that we are yogis.
● They ensure our happiness and we never suffer in terms of the elements and food.
● Respect nature and it will nurture us.
