We have been appointed as auditor of the financial statements of as at and for VFS Services (Mauritius) Pte
Ltd the year ended 31 December 2017, and required to furnish with the following information, because we will
express an opinion on the financial statements of VF Services (Mauritius) Pte Ltd.

We are familiar with the ethical requirements including independence requirements for audits under Nepal
Standards on Auditing as defined by ICAN. As far as VF Services (Mauritius) Pte Ltd. is concerned, our firm is
and will be, for the year covered by the financial statements under report and thereafter to date, in fact
independent as contemplated by our national independence laws.

 We confirm that we are not providing any of the following services (directly or indirectly to the
company or its holding company or subsidiary company) :-

a. accounting and book keeping services;

b. internal audit;
c. design and implementation of any financial information system;
d. actuarial services;
e. investment advisory services;
f. investment banking services;
g. rendering of outsourced financial services;
h. management services.

 I have not applied and will not apply for any job in above entity during audit and for a period of 1 year
after the completion of the audit.

 We are not aware of any circumstances that may have threatened, or may have appeared to threaten,
our independence; and we will continue to take steps and monitor our services to maintain our
continued compliance with these requirements at least until completion of audit.
