Physical Sequelae – experience physical symptoms – a beam or object hit you during earthquake

Shock or disbelief – may not be able to move

Destabilization – becomes aware of the actual situation, individual may cry. Faint, loose balance

Psychological Sequalae – trauma symptoms, traumatic stress staring to appear

Coping and normalizing events – period where in people trying to normalize

Recovery – time where in they can fully function again just like before
