1. Stress Level of OFW Health care workers.
 To determine the level of stress and find out whether we are at risk of illness. It is
essential to the nursing profession because health professionals play a central and
critical role in improving access and quality health care. They provide essential services
that promote health, prevent diseases and deliver health care services to individuals,
families and communities based on the primary health care approach.

2. The Effects of Covid – 19 Pandemic to Philippine Healthcare System


 Health care system in the Philippine, lot of hospitals are experiencing lack of staffs,
insufficient facilities and workload of healthcare providers. It is definitely challenged
healthcare, hopes that that this experience will improve our public healthcare system
so that we are prepared for the next pandemic. For the implementation of the newly
signed UHC law in the country to improve the system, aside from proper
compensation, stressed that appropriate training and a retention program should also
be provided to health professionals, so they will stay in the country for the universal
healthcare and not go elsewhere. I choose this, to support the health system which we
Filipinos as well can benefit for this.
2. Factors affecting mental status of Healthcare workers during Pandemic
 To identify the factors that play an important role in determining the psychological
impact of Pandemic on HCWs. It is essential for nursing profession for better
understanding of the HCW’s mental status can go a long way toward putting in place
measures to mitigate this, thereby ensuring a healthy and sustainable medical
workforce.
