We write to respectfully request your Honor to solemnize our civil wedding,

which is scheduled on January 22, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. Although we understand that the
rites are usually done publicly in your chambers, we would like to specially request for
permission to have our marriage solemnized at Mr. Golf, San Agustin, City of San
Fernando, Pampanga, where we will also be having our wedding reception. We happen
to belong to different religious denominations and we opted to have the rites and
reception at Mr. Golf, San Agustin, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, just to avoid any
domestic complications.
