Vision document for Automated Medicine System

1. Introduction :
1.1Purpose:
The main purpose of this document The purpose of this document is to define
the high-level requirements of the Automated Medicine system in terms of the
needs of the end users.

Diagnosis is always a concern for the people living in rural area. At the same
time medicine availability also has a major impact excluding the factor about
complete cure. ATM-Any Time Medicine, where the device can send out
medicines. Device can fetch out the medicines automatically for the basic
common symptoms for low cost, and the medicines provided by the machine
are only for the timely relief and in emergency case, where the person has to
meet the doctor further. People at rural places cannot get access to medicines
that are providing to them freely by the government. The aim of this project is
that people would be able to access the drugs via patient kiosks in public places
such as drug stores, malls, bus / railway stations, on highways, areas where
medical stores are limited. Regular replenishment can help in not only tracking
usage pattern and thus taking precautionary measures but also ensure
availability of drugs 24x7. The device is designed taking under concern, such as
lack of poverty and illiteracy in India.

1.2 Scope:
The vision document applies to the Cipla ATM medicine system(E-registration)
developed by Cipla pharmacy private limited. The pharmacy company will
develop the model of the machine and medicines that has to be refilled.
E-registration system will allows the patient to become the customer or account
holder on this system. U can get your transactions from your mobile phone itself

2. Positioning:

2.1 Business opportunity:

As people become sick and weak now a days due to the lack of healthy food.
They often fell into sick nowadays , However people residing in urban areas has
some proper sanitizing facilities but people in rural areas is quite difficult to get
medicines to avoid this medicine ATM’s helps every class of peoples to get
their basic needs like cough and fever tablets. Also diabetics becomes an
universal symptom which helps patients to get their medicine in the appropriate
time with proper taxes and with fresh stock.

The current is now operating in some parts of Andhra Pradesh and south Africa
efficiently. Cipla working on this project as their goal. This system will also
plays a major role in development of nation as we follows
“Swachh Bharat Abhiyan for a Clean and Green India”

2.2 Problem Statement:

The problem domain is the domain in which a system is going to be used.

Therefore it is important to look at requirements from an operational point of
view. A system or any other product enables somebody or some equipment to
do something. It is this enabling aspect that is at the heart of requirements
engineering in the problem domain. Faced with the challenge of eliciting
requirements from potential users one might therefore be tempted to ask a user
the question.
the problem statement of Medicine for patients

affects Pharmacists, doctors, patients and technician

The impact of which A illegal and over cost on medicines

Successful solution will be Cipla provides a less cost of medicines for
every class of people we have to create a free

3. stakeholders and user descriptions:

Here the stakeholders and the users are patients. The viral or bacterial affected
people means suffering from fever and the people who met with an accident and
its mandatory for every born new individuals. Like an ATM card every citizen
should be provide a tablet card (TAB card).

3.1 market demographics

Medical marketing efforts that attempt to reach anyone, anywhere-are doomed

to produce only a squandered budget. Carefully and precisely identifying the
target audience is a critical success factor in brand strategy development. You
know whom you want to reach, where they are located, what makes them tick…
and how to speak directly to them.
Similarly, market segmentation involves the sorting of the market. The
process entails dividing the market of potential customers and clients into
segments based on characteristics, such as interests or needs, so that
marketing messages, tactics and campaigns can become more targeted.

It’s widely considered that market segmentation, across the pharmaceutical

sectors and beyond, fall into four segmentation categories: Demographic
segmentation, psychographic segmentation, behavioral segmentation and
geographic segmentation.

the flexibility and response time that a ,medical ATM can provide.

The users are educated, computer literate, and in most cases own personal
computers in their homes. The ability to register for courses via personal
computers and to review their grades on-line would greatly streamline on
medical ATM’s.

medicines.

4.0 Product overview

This section provides a high level view of the medical ATM capabilities,
interfaces to the external Billing System and stock exchange Data Base System,
and the system configuration.

4.1 Product prespective:

Medical ATM is a one-stop digital touch-point integrated machine designed to

diagnose all the chronic disease, delivering primary care and diagnostics. ATM
for healthcare, is built-in with the latest diagnostic equipment for the diagnosis

Medium The second goes to maintenance of
server
Low The last goes to the maintenance of
workers

7.Constraints:
Define the Non-Functional aspects of a system or component, such as
restrictions on technology, resources or techniques to be used.
7.1 Usability:
The ATM (Automated medicine system) will be useful for the people in the
way of easily purchasing tablets. This system definitely helpful for the people
who needs medicine in whenever they want and without failure
7.2 Performance:
The performance of this system is basically based on the uses of the system.
The only think is, they can only withdraw the non-prescribed medicine
whenever they want other than that the prescribed medicines serial number
should be mentioned under the ATM card. Without entry they cannot withdraw
it. Other than that, this system performance is good. Simply in other words the
user will enter the card and it will ask for the serial no. and it will check for
your medicine and then it will connect to the bank account after transferring the
money your tablets are ready to withdraw from ATM machine. This is the total
perfirmance.
8.Other product requirements:

A product requirements defines the value and purpose of a product or failure. It

required to communicate what you are building, who it is for, and how it
benefits the end user..

8.1.Applicable standards:

Prescribed medicines are mandatory to enter the code given by the doctor.

Non-Prescribed medicines are easily taken by ourself.

8.2.System requirement:

It is fully based on Automated Teller Machine(ATM).

9.Documentation Requirements:

9.1.User manual:

A user guide is also commonly called a technical communication document or

manual,is intended to give assistance to people using a particular system and
here the user manual steps are given below:
