Troubleshooting DMS mechanics

Troubleshooting the UHR

If the error message CT_ZCO_E_A0_50__P1P2 appears, check (High Resolution Comb - <CombAli>) according to
tune-up instructions.

Troubleshooting the detector collimator

Check if the collimator moves symmetrically, using the service switches on the Delphi board.

Troubleshooting the detector collimator motor

The problem with the detector collimator motor occurs when the system does not pass through the INIT stage and fails,
returning one or more of the following error messages in the event log:
ERR 90 00 41 dlc_current_error
ERR 90 00 36 dlc_deviation
ERR 90 02 3F dlc_move_timeout
ERR 90 00 42 dlc_no_move

Recommended action

· Inspect the DMS collimator and check for dirt or particles collected on the collimator, and check the collimator for dried
grease. If you detect dirt, clean the collimator using a cloth moistened with alcohol.
· Inspect the DMS mechanism for visible malfunctions.
· Perform an INIT and check for proper function.
· Set the service switch on the Delphi to On and try to operate the motor by pushing the close and open buttons on the
Delphi.
· If the motor does not rotate, check the current of the motor by connecting a multimeter to the motor and measuring the
current.
· If the current does not exceed 130 mA, replace the DELPHI board.
· If the current exceeds 130 mA, replace the motor.
