0 Conclusion & Recommendation

The experiment shows that flow control system is a control system with a combination of
level controller and flow controller. These controllers are used in a feedback loop control
system to compare the actual and desired output that are obtained. As result stated that in the
first parameter level of water in tank does not stray much from the set point. In open loop
test, red pen trend went gradually decreasing in straight line after few minutes. For next
parameter, the red pen trend portrayed a stable, decent line that had slight to no disturbance.
Last parameter, as the mode was changed, the trend had shown lots of disturbances
throughout the parameter, making the line gradually going down without turning stable at all.
As for recommendation, student should be prepared and fully understands how to conduct the
experiment. This helps students to be able to perform the experiment smoothly without any
complications and be able to describe the equipment. Furthermore, student should pay full
attention on running the equipment and jotter the any the information regarding the
experiment, as the equipment quite sensitive. Lastly, human error could happen due to the
students misconduct the experiment therefore the student should be in serious.
