Dear All,

It has been decided to shift the Mobile phone services presently with XXX to AAA. In
order to have continuity, the mobile number presently being used in XXX will be the
new mobile number in AAA. Mr. XYZ is the authorized person of M/s. AAA who will
coordinate this mobile change over activity.

All are requested to carry out the following steps after receiving the call / SMS from
Mr. XYZ from his mobile number 7000000

1. Send a message to PORT <space> Mobile Number to 1900 Eg: PORT 9000000
and send this message to 1900. You will receive a UPC Code in the message.
Note it down. The UPC is valid for 4 days.

2. The above received Unique Porting Code (UPC) message should be forwarded
to Mr. Faiz Chokhawala Mobile No.7000000, the authorized person of M/s. AAA.

3. The Mobile Sim card issued to us by M/s. AAA has been already couriered to
the respective Sites / Branch Offices.

4. All Site-In charge and Branch Heads are requested to distribute the Sim Cards
to the concerned employees and obtain their acknowledgement.

5. The Changeover will take place on the 4th working day after sending of the
message as per Sr. No. 2 above. You will get an SMS from the operator with
the date and time for porting. The service disruption time will be around 2 hrs
during night time of the date and time of porting.

6. After Inserting the new sim in your phone, you will be on the new network with
the same number.
Please note that if any rejection of SMS is received on your mobile phone, kindly
immediately forward the message to the undersigned / Mr. XYZ.
