Patti’s method of teaching self –control through food

Shloku and Dhruvi I am sending krishna’s prasadam made with love in small quantity.
I do not believe in out of sight and out of mind method. The food will be there and
you consume in small quantity once in a way to strengthen your digestion and you
learn self-control in the process

Self discipline means self-control which is a life skill essential for happiness It is
easier at younger age

How to have self control when eating?

 You can train your mind to avoid unhealthy excess of anything that could lead
to negative consequences – indigestion and excess weight

 It means perseverance and not giving up. It means overcoming one's


weaknesses.

 Eat only when you are hungry

 Make a realistic plan

 Mindful eating which improves your emotional intelligence

 Reward yourself with the snacks after you finish some assignment or yoga or
barefoot walking

 Forgive yourself and move forward if you indulged in food. Do not repeat the
same mistakes. New mistake is perfect

 Clear your bowels twice a day

 I am 100% sure that you will achieve this goal improving your holistic health
