To Whom It May Concern:

I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Stephanie Wronuik in her position as
Principal of Tuckerton Elementary School. Since her arrival at our school, Mrs.
Wroniuk has made some amazing changes to our school, which I will include in the
later part of my letter.

I would like to speak on behalf of Mrs. Wroniuk’s character and what I know about
her from working very closely with her over the past couple of years. I have worked
with many administrators in my 16 years of being in education. I will say that Mrs.
Wroniuk has something very special about her that I did not see in other
administrators. Mrs. Wroniuk is a dedicated professional who earned the respect of
not only fellow colleagues, and the community, but also myself. Mrs. Wroniuk
started with us in mid October. She jumped right in and started without hesitation.
Mrs. Wroniuk also having a background in psychology, shared our school vision
about the importance of social and emotional learning and how to apply that to all
aspects of the school environment including how she restorative measures in her
dealings with student issues. She is knowledgeable and driven by the components
that are involved in overseeing this mission and played a vital role in the application
of this mission. Mrs. Wroniuk’s experience personally and professionally while her
career encompasses working with underprivileged families. This has also played a
vital role in her ability to understand and relate to families in our community and
build relationships with parents/caregivers, as she knew where they were coming
from and respected her for her caring and understanding way.
Mrs. Wroniuk always had an open door policy. If she was needed, she was there.
Staff and students alike were comfortable talking to Mrs. Wroniuk as she had a
healthy balance of friendly and approachable, yet was respected by all and made it
seem effortless to juggle the two in a perfect way. Mrs. Wroniuk was consistent of
the importance of school climate and the vital role it played in not only our school,
but all school communities. She played an important role as the Anti-Bullying
Coordinator and was always looking to improve school climate for staff and
students alike using data driven information to make improvements.
Mrs. Wroniuk’s moral and ethical compass was apparent in all her doings as an
administrator. Referring back to data, policies, and law to make an accurate and
responsible decision. She was consistent in her decision-making that was based on
the to best interest of the child and was always in the forefront of her mind. She was
fair and balanced.
Mrs. Wroniuk has brought some significant changes to our school. Three of which I
can report were quite significant tasks. She revamped our I&RS team and created a
committee that included gathering and collecting data that was used to create goals
for students to meet and drove teacher’s instruction. Mrs. Wroniuk was also part of
the committee for our Preschool expansion and served as acting project director.
Mrs. Wroniuk also created a school garden with one of the many grants she was
awarded for our school.
Mrs. Wroniuk would be a great addition to any district that should be lucky enough
to have her. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions. I can be
reached at (973) 202-8165.

Warm Regards,
