ORDER
The ad hoc Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (the
Corineil) has placed o~ reccrd (vide C.MA. No.8032120J8) certain
regulations/draft laws prepared under the a\.1thority of this Court by
the said Council, which are supported by the h~arned Attorney
General for Pakistan. The list of these regulations/draft laws are
contained in the aforementioned application. Having considered the

:' views of all the stakeholders present in Court, we accept the report
".' . and all the regulations/draft laws which are hereby incorporated and
made a part of this orqer. Obviously, these regulations/draft laws
shall be susceptible to the ame.ndments/changes made by the
permanent Council (when,constituted in accordwice with law) a~ the relevant
point of time. In light of the above, this matter havjng borne fruit is
disposed of.
