We learned about the ethical decision-making factors that
are important. We have also learned how to be prepared
and impartial in making decisions. The significance of
expressing objectives and avoiding inferences and being
frank.
We have also acquired understanding of the 6 phases of
moral development of Kohleberg which guide us on how to
make a specific choice with ethical reasoning at different
verticals.

Learn the ideas of teleological and deontological morality.

We introspected ethical dilemmas and the viewpoint you
take as morality is all about perceptions with the assistance
of trolley and teacher circumstances.
How we ought to think beyond bonded rationality and
cross-check the decision. Reasons that guide the ethical
judgment of the individual.

Conflict between the moral choices of a person and the

ethical choices of an organisation is most readily dealt with
as someone seeks to enter the organisation. If a individual is
willing to enter a company or business, it is essential that
the key values and code of behavior of the company (if
accessible) be submitted to him or her. The potential fresh
member will then have to determine whether their moral
decisions can be reconciled with the ethics of the
organization as expressed in the values and code of
behavior of the company. The arrangement to enter the
business implicitly implies this reconciliation has occurred,
but it can be made explicit by needing a code of behavior to
be agreed.

We understand from the past meeting that Ethics does not

follow norms that are culturally accepted. Some cultures are
quite ethical, but others become corrupt or blind to certain
ethical concerns (as the United States was pre-Civil War
slavery). "Do as the Romans do in Rome" is not a satisfying
ethical norm.

Real scenarios for accessing ethical issue in corporates

Together, ethics and values lay the foundation for
sustainability. Although they are sometimes used
synonymously, they are different in that ethics is the set of
rules regulating a person's conduct, created by a society or
culture. Values are the views for which an person has a
enduring preference.

Ethics and values are crucial in every aspect of life when we

have to make a decision
Attitude
1. Ethics are one of the most important thing needed in
an organization. It helps both an individual and
organization to grow in a productive way. There is rarely
any hindrance in the productivity due to that. Discussion
on the movie Social Network showed how Mark
Zuckerberg behaved unethically and what were its
repercussions.
2. To be ethical is to be brave and to acknowledge the
people who helped us in times of hardship.

Ethical management needs daily practice where

surveillance and regulation are required to manage
ethics.
Managers need leadership, characteristics that are
analytical, assertive, and sociable. There should be no
preference for personal aspirations over ethical
behaviour.
Profits are not the primary motivation and should not be
at the organization's cost. Maintain a balance between
objective and engagement individually. Short-term
success should not substitute long-term success.
Transparency within the organization should be
preserved.

The stance established is to have a duty to safeguard

and encourage the interests of others and to consider
them.
An option to today's version of capitalism can be a
hybrid system of capitalism and socialism.
There are no correct or incorrect responses to ethical
issues, so attempt to discover a balanced strategy with
minimal harm.
Remain impartial and pursue and act on reasons. Be
aware, identify and fix issues. Through KPMG case all
choices may be legally sound but morally incorrect.

Change of attitude in taking the correct choices for

maximum and universal good by taking into account the
implications.

Develop emotional intelligece to access different tough

situtaions and In confining ethical decision-making to a
company or group context, ethical choices are generally
restricted to behavior and words (e.g., no deceit in sales
promotion, use words to manipulate performance,...).
Using actions and phrases, right conduct can be
assessed, but there is no way to understand one's ideas.
Through our difference, ideas and views (e.g., I want to
assist and benefit my client as opposed to wanting their
cash without regard to what is correct, private gain at
the expense of the reputation of someone else,...) will
be limited to moral choices that are part of private
decision-making.

Ethics isn't science. Social and natural science can

provide significant information to assist us create better
ethical decisions. But science alone does not tell us what
we should do. Science can provide an explanation of
how human beings are. But ethics offers reasons for how
people should behave. And it may not be ethical to do it
just because something is scientifically or technologically
feasible.

Ways to tackle tough situations and being whistleblower

Ethics is related to the laws of conduct that address
problems of morality. Value is defined as the values that
assist to make them judge what matters more. Ethics is a
system of moral values. Unlike values, which is the
stimulus of our thinking.
Skill
Implementing ethical values in everyday normal life.
The film showed how the twin siblings and their friend Eduardo were
betrayed by Mark Zuckerberg and was eventually prosecuted for his
actions. Our company methods should be ethical along with productivity.

To align my behavior ethically while taking daily choices .Never hide facts
deliberately in any professional environment.

Skill is to learn to be honest in the dealings that we get to be a apart of and

to be sensitive to the people and the surroundings. Reading about the
current developments that demonstrate ethical practices in business
decisions.
I learned the ability to incorporate ethical reasoning with fairness, honesty,
integrity and dignity into the decision-making process.

Learn the ability to balance enjoyment and pain and generate higher good
by acting correctly.

Clearly our ideas influence our words and actions, and in a group context,
ethics in decision-making can be assessed through concrete proof and
results from words and actions. Once again, the private realm is left with
ideas and motivation. As a result, there will be constraints in evaluating
suitable ethical behaviour. Right motivation with right action-Right
motivation with incorrect action-False motivation with right action-False
motivation with right action-False motivation with incorrect action

Four general categories of antecedents can explain the expression of

ethical conduct: cultural influences. These include social, economic, and
political factors that affect the creation of ethical norms and procedures
through a society's organizations. Individual variables of difference.
Interdisciplinary research in moral psychology has shown that early
cognitive and emotional growth (e.g. empathy development) underlies
moral development.

To be courageous and determine the situation

While ethics is continually enforced over time, it remains the same for all
human beings. Values have an individualistic approach, that is, they differ
from person to person, but they remain stable, relatively unchanged, but
they can be modified over time owing to an significant emotional situation.
Habit
To align my choices with my ethical convictions. Acting and
performing in a manner that does not influence others by
approaching duties in an ethical manner.

Always keep in mind the ethical side of any transaction while

conducting operations on a daily basis.

To develop comprehensive view of market and consider the

impacts on all levels.
To develop the ability to incorporate ethical reasoning with
fairness, honesty, integrity and dignity into the decision-
making process.

To develop and learn the ability to balance enjoyment and

pain and generate higher good by acting correctly.

Given this knowledge that should occur between the

business and the individual, cautious consideration should be
given to a change in the values and code of behavior of the
business. Changing the foundation for the ethics of the
organization in decision-making, in theory, needs a fresh
contract with each person to reconcile with their private
moral decisions. In practice, this shift can lead to conflict as
the morals of an individual now lead to decisions that violate
the ethics of the company's decision-making

One can practice one's moral sensitivity to prevent ethically

ambiguous circumstances or try to explain them before
becoming engaged.
Learn a systematic strategy to analyze ethical issues in
complicated circumstances. Many texts on applied ethics
comprise model decision-making for this purpose. Perhaps
most significant, discover a trusted and knowledgeable
confidant to share your worries with. Ethical dilemmas can
be very stressful; it is best not to go through the process in
isolation.

To be ethical in corporate by being honest

Know the rules and regulations of the institution in which
you are working. This understanding helps to ensure skilled
practice in line with the expectations of the organization and
can alert one to possible disputes between organisational
norms and professional ethical standards.
Engage in continuing education in ethics by attending classes
and workshops, reading books on ethics and ethical practice,
and subscribing to appropriate publications such as Ethics
and Behaviour, Professional Psychology, Journal of Business
