Dear Mathra.

I would like to bring to your knowledge that there are several checkpoints requires to
control as soon as possible to minimize the cost of the company.

First of all the company needs to check every software efficiency and effectiveness before
launching into the system so that the cost of maintenance can be reduced. The company must
control and manage the four CAD/CAM systems for the company’s confidential information as
well as not to be dependent on outsider so that controlling should remain in the company. The
accounting department should have separate user id and password for access their system to
improve the efficiency of the employee as well as to get an accountable personal for each task.
The company is using disk for each day of a week for back-up the data. I would suggest to use a
cloud based service so that so that we don’t need any external disk for back-up nor to insert on
daily basis instead we can purchase the cloud based system as per our requirement and will be
helpful minimization as well. The company have provided every supervisor a computer so that
they can operate from the home also which is effective and useful for the company but as I have
already mentioned the company must have a cloud based system rather than using hard drive
which can be damaged or corrupt and come close a big trouble for the company’s data.

I request you to look into the water and review my recommendation for company’s growth. I
