DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

the “VENDOR/SELLER”;

___________, married, of legal age, Filipino, with residence at __________, hereinafter called
the “VENDEE/BUYER”.

WITNESSETH:

(₱____________.00), Philippine currency, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged from
the VENDEE to my full satisfaction, VENDOR by these presents SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER
and CONVEY by way of an ABSOLUTE SALE unto the said VENDEE his heirs, assigns and
successors-in-interest on a certain parcel of land and its improvements more particularly
described hereunder and bounded as follows:

Of which above described parcel of land, I am the absolute OWNER and in actual
possession free from all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, and I hereby declare under oath
that I have the absolute right to dispose the above described property to the herein VENDEE
and that the requirements of the law particularly Article 1623 of the New Civil Code of the
Philippines has been complied with;

That by virtue of this instrument, I hereby renounce and relinquish all my rights,
interest and participation of the above described property subject of this transfer in favor of
the herein VENDEE, his/her heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest and shall forever defend
the title and ownership in case of any claim or claims of persons whomsoever;
