Using ZOOM (on PC)

Firstly, install “ZOOM” software on your PC and go to ZOOM. Choose
“join” to join the meeting.
Type ID number from your teacher (You can change your name under
ID box).
Type password in the box and click “Join Meeting”.
If you have nothing to talk about, click “mute” (microphone icon). If
you want to talk, click “unmute” again.
Click “Start Video” to turn on video. (You have to turn video on during
class time)
Click “Chat” to type the message in box. You can choose “Everyone” or
your teacher name to send message.
If you have something
to say when teacher is
teaching, click
“Participants” and you
will see “Raise Hand”
and click it. You can
lower your hand again
when you have
finished asking.
If you want to share
something, choose
“Share Screen” with
green arrow. Click
that and you will see
the box. Choose
“screen” and click
“Share” on the right
bottom of the box.
Note : If you want to
share video, tick the
box in front of “Share
computer sound” on
the left bottom.
If you want to write on screen or whiteboard, choose “View Options”
on the top, then choose “Annotate”.
After that, you will se a box and you can choose the option that you want.
Using Google Classroom (on PC)

Choose a software
you have on your PC
(FireFox/Chrome/etc.)
Type “Google
Classroom” on Google
then choose.
Note : need to create
Gmail account if you
haven’t opened on
Google yet.
Click “+” sign on the right top of the screen and choose “join class”.
You will see the box to type Class code (ask your class teacher for code).
Type the code and then click “join”. Finally, you will be in your teacher’s
class.
You will see what your
teacher posted (test,
assignment) when you click
“Stream” or “Classwork”.
You can see your teacher
and classmates when you
click “People”.

P.S : If you are already in


class, you don’t need to
type class code later. You
will see your class directly
every time you go to
Google Classroom.
