Yes – the brands add more value for customer than unbranded product because customers have
image of the brands in their mind, identity and status in customer senses and customer believe
that branded products have a better quality, serve unique and quality products and brands is
reliable as compare to unbranded products.

Brands have many characteristics in their mind while making the product and customers knows
that they deliver the same thing which they promise and after using the brands and getting
delightful result from the branded product which creates value and image in customer minds, and
consequently customer don’t rely to unbranded products, although some time unbranded product
has better features than branded product but due to the name of brand and furthermore, the
uniqueness, passion, consistency, competitiveness, exposure from brands, customer and / or
consumer are reluctant to purchase unbranded product and go with branded product with the
peace of mind whatever price they offer.

Furthermore, customer want to live in comfort zone and brands has only the option while
purchasing the products, customer knows that brands will provide all the happiness, status which
they want, customers knows that brand will deliver the satisfactory and delightful result which
customer and / or consumer desire; therefore, brand has more value as compare to unbranded
product.

There is adverse thinking in respect of unbranded product in customer and / or consumer mind
that unbranded product has no reliability, no consistency in the quality, no identity and image
and the result of the unbranded product has far away from the expectation; therefore, unbranded
product has less value in customer and / or consumer mind.
