Q 1. How does "marketing sensing capability" help in designing marketing strategies?

Ans. Market sensing is a type of research technique that includes the collecting of data through
difference sources i.e. taking interview, customer feedback and suggestion that how to fulfilling
the requirement and what is the requirement of the customer that help management to design the
market strategies. For Example direct selling strategy and / or through distributor and any other
strategy that customer avail all the thing easily.

Q2. A marketer argues that "Cellular Phone Services Providers must not think much about
Internet Service Provides when assessing the competition." Do you agree with it? why or why
not?

Ans. Yes – they must not think about the internet service provider because both are different
which each other. Cellular Phone service provider has a task to offer transmission service to user
of wireless device i.e. smart phone and / or tablet through radio frequency signal, they provide
wireless service plan and data speed i.e. 3G, 4G whereas internet service provider is provide
services for accessing, using and / participating in the Internet. They use fiber-optics, satellite,
copper wire and other form to provide Internet access; therefore, the job which provided by both
the service provider is different; wherefore, they have to think about their area and try to improve
their service
For Example Cellular service think about the improve the speed of transmitting the data and
launch more advance features like 5G (which has already launched in different countries), and
better service to their customer.
And Internet service provider must thing about their service because we are facing lot of trouble
to accessing the internet which they should check rather than thinking of adverse area.
