Solution Application Areas

This system can be used in many organizations in order to shortlist expert
candidate. In this project, we have implemented an organization-oriented recruitment
system that would assist the human resource department in short listing the right
candidate for a specific job profile. The system would be used in many business
sectors that will require expert candidate, thus reducing the work load on the human
resource department.

2. Tools/Technology
The following tools and technology we will use in our proposed project:
In our project, we have tried to combine both personality prediction using
Machine Learning algorithms like Logistic regression to predict the personality of a
person and used term frequency algorithm to get the skill in which the person is good
at.
