By this data we can see that average land value is 31953 that tends depicts that the
prices are moderate in the area. Standard error is used to refer to the standard
deviation of various sample statistics, such as the mean or median. Here we see the
data of standard error is low so we can estimate that the approx. standard deviation
is low i.e. there is very low deviation in land value. Median shows us the middle
value here we can interpret that the median value is 29553. Now we move on to
standard deviation it shows that what is the dispersion of mean from the mean line.
Here we can see that approximate 50% of the data is deviating from the mean line.
Range shows that the difference maximum and minimum values, here it shows that
diff between two quartiles is 91030 which means data is present between max an
min limit.

In this data we can see that the max value of land goes till 93200, by this we can
approximately interpret that the land value of that area is low, where as if we see
the sales price it is saying that a piece of land when goes through middlemen rises
to 1.65 times and the profit rise to 3.75% which is humungous. For quartiles
the spread of data is more which shows that the difference the mean is not so
represented. Q2 is nothing but median.z
