directed to convey the administrative approval and financial sanction of AS & DC (MSME)
for incurring an expenditure not exceeding amounting Rs.5,43,321/- (Five Lakh Forty

2. The expenditure of 5,43,321/- will be accountable to the Demand No.67, Ministry of

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) under the object head OE
(2851.00.102.99.01.13) of the scheme "Infrastructure Support to MSME-TCsITSs/Dls"
during the FY 2020-21.
3. The expenditure is to be made strictly as per GFR norms through GEM E-Market Portal
and as per Govt. procedures and Guidelines
4. Director Ilc MSME-DI, Ranchi should furnish statement for expenditure incurred and
ensures utilization of fund within the current financial year 2020-21.
5. Director IIc, MSME-DI, Ranchi shall furnish fund utilization certificate along with
installation and commissioning certificate.
6. This issues as per approval vide e-office no. 255(A)/DC dated 03.09.2020 .
