Convert ChiTuBox ZIP file to lgs

If it needs to hollow or perforate the model, it can use

ChiTuBox slicer software to slice the model and save the file in

ZIP format, then run LONGER slicer software to convert it to

lgs file. (The ChiTuBox software can be downloaded from the

following website

 Run the ChiTuBox slicer software and click settings to

configure the printer parameters.

Add a default machine and import _Orange10.cfg file

which is located in

C:\Program Files (x86)\LongerWare\config\chitu. Then change

the name of machine to Orange10 and make sure the

LCD_mirror is selected in the mirror type. The printing layer can

be set in layer height text, such as 0.025mm, 0.05mm or 0.1mm.

Then back to the main menu and slice the model by the setting

layer thickness.



 When the model is sliced, click export and select file

directoryto save the file as zip format, then run LONGER slicer

software to convert the zip file to lgs file.

Run the LONGER slicer software, click import file icon, a

popup window appears; select the corresponding machine
type and ChiTuBox zip file format; click import to open the
zip file, then the file name and layer thickness is shown
automatically; select the appropriate printing parameters
from recipe list according to the material and layer thickness;
save the printing job file to a selected directory; then upload
the lgs file to the TF card to print.
