CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

In consideration for the disclosure of information generally relating to Online Review of

Pinnacle CPA Review School, Iagree, as enrollee of the online review of Pinnacle, to keep
information relating thereof confidential and not to disclose or use such information for any
purpose other than my review for the October 2020 CPA Licensure Examination.

Unless permission is granted in writing,I hereby agree with the following conditions:
1. Not to share my log-in credentials (username and password) to others.
2. Not to send or sharethe soft copy handouts to others.
3. Not to record, download or reproduce the video lessons.

I understand that any violation of this Confidentiality Agreement will be considered as

groundfor immediate termination of access from Pinnacle Online CPA Review and gives
Pinnacle the right to seek legal recourse against me.

I hereby agree to uphold the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement.
