ORGANIZATION CULTURE
->Culture is based on shared attitudes, beliefs, customs, and written and unwritten rules that have been
developed over time and are considered valid
->Culture also includes the organization’s vision, values, norms, systems, symbols, language, assumptions,
beliefs, and habits
->(Employees Behavior or is the collection of values, expectations, and practices that guide and inform the actions of all

• Business Environment
->which an organization must operate is a critical determinant of its culture. Organizations that operate in a highly
competitive business environment that changes rapidly and continually are likely to develop a change-oriented culture.
->all of the internal and external factors that affect how the company functions including employees, customers,
management, supply and demand and business regulations. An example of a part of a business environment is how well
customers' expectations are met.
• Organizational values
->describe what the organization thinks is important. Adherence to these values is synonymous with success.
Consequently, an organization’s values are the heart and soul of its culture.
