At the beginning of the lesson, there was a student with challenging behaviors. You

followed his behavior intervention plan, ignored the behaviors, and did not reinforce them. You allowed the behavior tech to work one-on-one
with the student, which eventually resulted in his removal from the classroom. Your lesson was hands-on and engaging. The students moved
around the classroom and worked with partners. Recommendation: At the beginning of the lesson, have more command of the classroom.
Having an initial greeting with the students would help with this.

Students participated in a variety of activities. You provided opportunities for multi-sensory learning. Activities took place in and outside of
the classroom setting. Recommendation: Please make sure your written lesson plan reflects all of the activities you facilitated. For example,
the students did a post-it activity, but I did not see that in your lesson plan. Students went outside, but that was not in the lesson plan.
