LMS Guidelines

• Topics should be written as follows Lesson No.: Topic name (Example: Lesson 1: Information and
Communications Technology in the Global Context)
• LMS Content should be consisted of (Learning Module (in PDF), Reviewer (optional, it can be PPT,
video or links), and Quiz)
• Content must be named as follows:
1. Learning Module No. – (Lesson name)
2. Reviewer - (Lesson name)
3. Quiz No. – (Lesson name)
• The arrangement of materials per lesson must be in this sequence:
1. Learning Module
2. Reviewer
3. Quiz
• The arrangement of the Topics from top to bottom should be from recent up to oldest
topic/lesson.
• Uploading of Learning Modules and Quizzes (but posting of quizzes is by schedule) is every
Thursday before the release of printed modules.
• Checking of Quiz is every Thursday.
