MESSAGE FROM THE TEAM

We wanted to share with you some thoughts and updates regarding the company with regards to the
current environment.

As you can see, COVID 19 is not showing many signs of weakness just yet and most experts predict
that a full recovery will not happen this year. When we look at the direct impact on the industry, our
visibility and ability to foresee the future is extremely limited.
On a positive note, we see the level of activity with consumers growing steadily and the industry is
showing good signs of recovery.

During this tough period we took a decision to keep all our employees and this is still our decision
moving forward. We care and value our financial performance, but we believe people come first, and
we didn’t want to lose any one, even temporarily.

So far we are on track with new developments for the upcoming seasons. We thank you for staying
strong, facing each day with optimism and we have many reasons to believe that together we will step
out of this global pandemic stronger than ever, stay tuned and stay safe.

“Younger consumers are seriously concerned with social and environmental causes, which many regard as
the defining issues of our time. They increasingly back their beliefs with their shopping habits, favoring
brands that are aligned with their values and avoiding those that aren’t.”
