I am writing this letter to formally request your good office for a bill adjustment
due to having internet connection interruptions and no telephone dial tone since May 14,
2020. Most of the time, SPEEDTEST.NET results show no MBPS. Since then, we have had
follow-ups thru 171 and online customer service but it was fixed only on June 08, 2020;
three days after I went to your office.
I would also like to open a complaint concerning DSL Plan 1,699 for it has always
been with only 8 - 10 MBPS when we should be getting 15 MBPS download speed at our
residence.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, we will file complaint reports with the
National Telecommunications Commission as well as the Department of Trade and
Industry and may, at our option, pursue whatever other legal avenues of redress as may be
deemed appropriate.
I am looking forward to your positive and immediate response regarding this matter
and hoping for the adjusted bill to reflect on the next billing period.
