Good day,

In connection with the improvements and facilities that was going on for
the benefit of the Hospital and the Patient. I would like to request to change my
office hours from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The following are the duties that need to be checked as early as 7:00 am.

 Setup of Equipments for Flag Ceremony (Starting before 6:30 am)

 Routers (From Ground Floor to 7Th Floor)
 IHomis Server
 Switches and Hubs
 Internet Connection
